We offer a safe, reliable pickup service to international students arriving in Japan.
We will facilitate the transport accordingly prior to and upon arrival to ensure you get the best service you need.
Our pickup service is only available for Haneda Airport and Narita Airport.
Important information:
- Please ensure that your school application process is completed one week prior to departure.
- We need your flight number, date and time so kindly forward us the details.
- Our staff will meet you at the airport’s entry gate and will guide you to your destination (to your chosen accommodation or our office).
Reminders:
- Please contact us by phone or email if in case there is a change of flight or flight cancellation and if your flight is delayed. Don’t forget to notify us of the changes before your travel.
- Failure to notify any flight changes and delays will apply
additional charges. - It takes an average of one hour for immigration procedures, receipt of baggage, etc. Therefore the staff will be there to pick you up near the immigration gate an hour after your arrival time.
- Our staff will still wait for you at the immigration gate even there’s a delayed flight.
