Some people travel by public air or taxi, but traveling with luggage after a long flight can be a heavy burden. Airport pick-up / see-off
We are welcoming and seeing off customers using Haneda Airport and Narita Airport.
・ We will meet you at the immigration gate where you arrive.
・ We will pick you up at your planned stay and our office by car.
・ We will consult and guide you in the car.
・ We send off for those who have difficulty getting to the airport by public transportation or taxi, such as minors and people with a lot of luggage. Please contact the local office staff. Please apply at least one week before your departure.

・ If you change your arrival date, time, flight, or cancel your flight, please contact us by phone or email at the contact information provided in advance.
・ If our staff is picking you up as originally planned, there may be an additional charge for transferring or waiting for airport pick-up.
・ It takes about 1 hour on average for immigration procedures, baggage receipt, etc. The staff will pick you up about one hour after the flight arrival time, so if you finish immigration early, please wait until the staff arrives at the meeting place near the immigration gate.
・ Even if the flight arrives late, the staff who will welcome you will be waiting near the immigration gate. Be sure to find a staff member.
