conclusion
What is required to enroll in Japanese schools and universities has a complex process. If all documents are not met, any school may not be able to obtain a permit. Moreover, the risk of students not attending school is that your stay will continue to be extended without document screening. So, you need to keep going from the start date until the day your school or university requires it.
